A competitive athlete in high school and college, Jim understands what it takes to establish goals and developing the necessary strategies to cross the finish line.

Jim has competed as a soccer player, wrestler, martial artist, and runner. His success on the playing field, arena, dojo, or running trail has lead him to further develop his passion for helping people succeed in their fitness endeavors. His fitness clients come from a diversified background, from athletes to special populations, with the age range between 6 years old to 82 years old.

Jim has participated in many running races from 5K’s to Marathons and has successfully trained some of his fitness clients to complete in 5K, 10K, Half-Marathon, and Marathon races.

Jim graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. He has worked as a personal trainer for over six years and is certified through NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and ISSA as a Certified Fitness Trainer. Also, he is certified in CPR and AED through the American Heart Association.

Personal Trainer Jenny Shutan is nationally certified thru International Fitness Professionals Association. She is certified Mat Pilates through National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association. Jenny is also a certified Specialist in Pre and Post Natal, Plyometric, Athletic, Sports Nutrition, and Golf exercises through the International Fitness Professionals Association. She is currently seeking her Bachelors Degree Exercise Science through the Fitness Institute of Technology.

For the majority of her life, she has been fortunate to be involved with athletics and exercise. As a runner and a swimmer since Jenny was a child, it is a lifestyle choice she chooses to follow. A lifestyle and a choice that she is committed to. With that and her mother being diagnosed with cancer, Jenny knew the fitness profession was her calling. She knew she wanted to be able to help individuals get on the right path to good health and fitness. Jenny has trained high school and college athletes thru season and off season on sport specific exercise programs. She has also worked with ages ranging from 13-85 and all fitness levels.

Jenny has a fitness philosophy and that is that she believes as a Personal trainer you wear numerous hats when training clients - educator, motivator, confidence builder, role model, comedian and, most importantly, unique repetition counter - these are just a few of the skills you need to successfully train today's clients. No matter what your age or fitness level, everyone can benefit from a Personal trainer at one time or another. One of her favorite fitness quotes that she truly believes in is...
